Frequently Asked Questions What type of risk is involved? There is actually no risk involved. There is only delay as the Authority process for transfer of these plots takes at least 1-2 years of time. The farmers are known to us through our strong relationship in this region/area. Apart from these we get GPA, Agreement to Sell & will to ensure we have all legal documents for these plots. Last but not least it is our trust with you and we ensure to get these done. Are these plots authorized? These plots are not illegal or nor in any illegal colony. These are authority plots so no question of illegal and authorized. The plots are/will be allotted by Yamuna Authority thus no question on authorization of these plots.
What are minimum / maximum rates for these plots? Each plot has its value as per its location. These plots are available starting from 25000 per sq. mtr (June, 2012). The corner and good location plots obviously have higher value.
